Monitor traffic for a specific range of IP addresses?

Hello!
Please advise a small utility for monitoring / calculating the amount of traffic from certain ranges of ip-addresses for a certain period of time.
Operating system: Windows 7
Watched Net Limiter, TMeter;
In the first one, it was not possible to create a zone with ranges of ip-addresses for monitoring.
The second one is too flexible and, to be honest, I really could not figure it out.

TMeter is the thing, will it be easier to figure out
the program on the gateway?
