How to register two IP addresses in one Mikrotik port?

Guys, I have such a non-standard situation, but maybe not))
from the provider there was one IP address, for example ,
20.20 . / 30 gateway 100.100.100.99 said everything on one cable, I registered the second ip address on that port interface of the second ip. does not plow I call the provider, turn off the gryat nat and it will work. didn't help either. Then the provider said to put a tp-link in front of the Mikrotik and receive an IP from it. I don't like it and don't want to. How can I solve this problem in Mikrotik?

Registering 2 addresses is not a problem. Registered on the second physical interface. The question is why? What do you want to achieve in the end? So that LAN clients go through different ip addresses? To do this, you need to separate the traffic in NAT and specify your own out-interface for each local host

You have Nat masquerading, but you need nat through src-nat , dst-nat
Then it will be possible to specify the outgoing interface in the nat settings. And you can already hang one service on one IP, for example, a Website or whatever you have there.
And on the second IP something else.
