Are there standards/examples of documentation for patch panels/network cabinets?
Good afternoon! The essence of the question is as follows:
We have cabinets (chiki) with network equipment installed in several buildings:
Patch panel, switch, power supplies, UPS.
Does anyone have a template document to accompany these cabinets to leave in the employee's cabinet.
At the moment, I have presented this in the form of a table of ports, and which one goes where, but maybe there are standardized examples of such documentation?

All as you said. A regular sheet with a table is enough: port number on the patch panel -> socket number in the building.
Ummm... Why would employees put playful hands in the closet? In general, mark the patch panels, they have a special place for this...
