Complaint from ISP?
Rostelecom technical support called today (wire to the apartment). They said that a week ago there were illegal actions from my IP (gray is connected). And so that I clean the computer with an antivirus. And that's it.
I immediately cleaned my computer from Trojans with Kaspersky.
Current questions ...
1) if illegal actions are usually detected in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, why is the provider calling me first?
2) What to expect now? how does this usually end?
I don't do anything illegal myself.

They just handed out viruses or trumpeted someone. It happens that providers monitor this.
Cleaned up? Restore access.
the provider just someone's jamb wants to blame you for the details of what kind of malicious actions,
even if the case goes to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, you still won't have anything, since there will be an examination of your computer and there's nothing there
Most likely, a stable DDOS came from you, clogging the provider’s channels, the provider cut them with proxies, naturally traffic utilization statistics have accumulated, the ways and methods of a DDoS attack are all known and are very easy to determine, so the server suggested that you clean up for prevention.
