How to make a redirect from one local ip to another?

Hello!
I have a home server on win7, there is a transmission, and there is also a wifi access point. Because of the last all the problems.
The utility from ASUS'a, through which I make a point, does not make it possible to configure DHCP. The result is a crap: the router issues ip 192.168.1.x, and the server 192.168.100.x. But it is necessary that you can connect to transmission'y, etc. servers, etc. router at ONE address (192.168.1.x). And then there are two options: either look for where to configure dhcp on the server, or make sure that when you are connected to etc. server and knock on 192.168.1.x, the request would be transferred to 192.168.100.x. I ask for help at least in the second option, but if someone can help with the first, I will be crazy with happiness.
PS Sorry if there are errors and inaccuracies.
PPS ASUS USB N13 whistle, native utility, Realtek 8192cu chip.
Thanks in advance.
