We have IPCop but it's already an old firewall

. IPCop is exactly what I like.
For example, a new computer or phone wants to be connected to our wifi (if a person knows the password, he fills in the password on the computer or the phone connects but he does not have the Internet in order for this user to have the Internet, I need to give him an ip address and megabytes (for guests 100 mb ) for employees 500 to 1000 mb per day) and every day I can see how much users spent their limit and at the end of the month I can send a report.
