How to disable "improved" autocomplete in phpstorm?

Previously, when you pressed "enter", brackets were added, the pointer stood between them and a hint was shown.
I can't figure out how to disable this "improved" autocomplete.
I found something close in the tracker https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-24156 but this did not give any results either.
The following settings don't help either.
