Tell me why PhpStorm sees all PHP files normally, and when you edit it too, namely controller.php as a regular text file, but if you rename it to controller2.php, is it normal?

Perhaps you accidentally added it to the text group
. In the most extreme case, exit the program and delete the .idea folder in the project. But this will also remove all custom settings for this project.
