How to make friends with git which is installed in wsl win10 and phpstrom?

Good afternoon, the actual subject is installed wsl there is a git set up a terminal in phpstorm on bash.exe a batch file was created to launch the git

wsl git %*

but when I try to make a commit, it asks me to enter a name and mail, I enter it gives an error that I can’t set the name and mail, it also swears at the path
