How to disable alt button in PS?

I have the alt button enabled in Photoshop. When I draw a shape with the " U " tool. The figure is drawn from the center of the point. It's not convenient for me and I have to hold down the alt button. How to remove it, and make it draw from the top and not from the center?

Most likely, you have a check mark in the "From Center" option in the shape drawing settings. Uncheck the box and shapes will be drawn relative to the cursor position.
