Why doesn't keyboard volume control work in elementary os?

Notebook HP G255 (5), installed this OS. All hotkeys worked ideally. Including volume control from the keyboard, until I got into the hotkey settings. Tried to set these parameters. But nothing happened. I would like to know the answer,
