How to suppress the second voice?
There is a video with simultaneous translation. Since the voices of the lecturer and interpreter are approximately the same in volume, it is very difficult to hear.
Is there any way to suppress \ crush the voice of the lecturer (English), make it quieter? In which editor can this be done and how? Or in some other way to make the sound track more convenient for perception, what do you recommend?

If there is no separate sound track, then everything is sad with this.
I talked on a similar topic with a professional sound engineer - this is one of the most difficult tasks. Poorly solved by automation.
Disclaimer: I haven't tried it myself, I can't recommend the software, but the sound engineers talked about this method:
find a video without translation, subtract the spectra, then the lecturer's spectrum will become close to zero.
