Blind method and hotkeys?

I want to learn touch typing. Along the way, I began to get acquainted with vim and emacs. Again, Linux desktop, it is convenient to hang a lot on shortcuts.
The question arose - what is the most correct way to press hotkeys?
For example, Ctrl-Shift-q? Right little finger on shift, left on control, and press q with what?
A cursory search turned up no answer. I would like to understand in advance, so as not to relearn later.

The best way is to take an A4 sheet full of only textual information without pictures. And retype it by turning the keyboard completely upside down. Checked, the method is fully working for 400 characters per minute. Higher and faster I don’t know how already, I read somewhere that there is a BabyType game. There you can increase the speed of typing even higher.
for this created the right shift and control
