KDE PLASMA meta+arrow (win/super + arrow) hotkeys not working?

In general, all combinations work in the system, incl. with meta except meta+arrows.
Switched from Windows, and in gnome it also works fine. In KDE, they seem to be bound by default, but they don't work, I don't understand why.

OS: Kubuntu 17.04, KDE PLASMA 5.9.5 (tried to patch to 5.10.5, same garbage)
