How to make a separate taskbar for each of the monitors in Ubuntu (MATE)?

Good afternoon!
I installed Ubuntu for myself, rolled up the MATE environment from above and everything works fine and great except for one thing: the taskbar is based on one monitor.
I have a simple Wishlist: I want windows open on one monitor to be in the taskbar of this monitor, and open on the second - in the taskbar of the second monitor.
Google did not save me, but I do not give up. If anyone can tell me how to implement this, I will be very grateful!

I had a similar task. Dualmonitor with some software did not work correctly in full screen mode. And I needed another monitor to read logs in jabber. The problem was solved by using the second running X and multiseat technology. The keyboard was not needed. I gave a mouse and a monitor for a second iron workplace using the rules in udev. work on two monitors as a result under two different users. For convenience, scripts were written that, for convenience, blocked the second workplace when the first was blocked, similarly unblocked, as well as synchronous blocking by the screensaver. For logs and communication on two different monitors, two jabber clients. As a result, there are more scripts that, when launched on one monitor, were also launched on the second. And it's the same when closing. And for each X server, its own VNC rises through x11vnc. Scripts at work I can write if interested. It looks like you are working on 2 different PCs, but physically the system manager is the same and the file system.
If you want to do it yourself, the key things here are multiseat, dbus, udev rules, sudo rules and fantasy when writing bash scripts
