Good afternoon, the situation is as follows
2.5 years I worked in Full Time as a layout designer + integrated with various CMS (WordPress, Opencart)
Now I switched to the Nodejs / React stack
All the time freelancing, and there is no desire to move to the studio.
I have already made my personal graduation project, everything works.
Now the studio in which I work on a permanent basis, given that graduation project, they have already offered a new one, with payment
Development in any case happens, because I carefully look for every task that I don’t know how to solve correctly. I try to approach any task wisely, and do it in such a way that it would be easy to scale.
In any case, there is no more experienced developer on the project, what is the best way to check the quality of your work?
A mentor comes to mind, or are there other options? Thanks

Development in any case occurs, because I carefully look for each task that I don’t know how to solve correctly.

If it happens, it is much slower than in a team of professionals. More often, it happens that a person only thinks that he has development, but in fact he has already made a couple of turns in the wrong direction and his development is going wrong, not in growth.
