Where to look for a job as a Junior?
Welcome all! Yesterday I decided to go to the well-known site xx.ru and start looking for a job as a June (Android), and I was horrified, because in my city there are no vacancies for June from the word at all, and the city is not small (Kazan). Question: please tell me how to look for and where to look for a job, maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?

let me tell you a little secret: water does not flow under a lying stone.
if you look for a job that perfectly matches your idea, you run the risk (and very much) of being left without a job at all.
most of the posted vacancies either have little to do with the needs of the employer (they were idiots from the local personnel department), or they are from the category of "would like to see" and not "must have".
so just hammer on all the doors if you are at least minimally sure that you can satisfy at least some of the voiced wishes.
many will turn you off. but there is a very non-illusory chance that you will get hooked.
in any case, this method is much more productive than the question here.
There are three jobs in my career where I ended up with no open vacancies at all. Prost came to them and said: "I'm so cool, I want to work for you." they fucked up, but after a month and several interviews, I was already on their staff.
well, do not forget: IT, unlike many other areas, is not tied (especially now) to a specific place. Therefore, it makes no sense to cycle only in your region.
however, there are two points that you need to know and understand:
1. June is ALREADY a specialist, albeit inexperienced. not stupid.
2. There will always be some kind of zoomer who will crap everything.
where to look for a job
no vacancies on Juna from the word at allObviously you need to look in Moscow, or even throughout Russia. Glory to the remote!
how to searchto beat everyone with your resume and torture all the hrs
Good afternoon, do you have a github with good projects? If there is, then I don’t see any obstacles to start looking for work throughout Russia, or send your github to all HR from your region.
Here you are looking for a job, there are also quite a few people who are looking for workers, but you do not advertise yourself in any way. With such a job search skill, it will be very difficult to get anywhere.
Didn't find what you were looking for?
