How to develop further on your own?
Hello, I am a first year student in Applied Informatics. From 9th to 11th grade, I attended software development courses at the STEP Academy. During this time I got a lot of knowledge in WEB-development, in software development and in GameDev. I certainly understand. that this is not all the knowledge that is needed, but I have a good foundation of knowledge.
Here is my list of skills:
C
C++
C#
WPF/WinForms
Unity3d
Good knowledge of design patterns, can apply them
HTML5
CSS3
Responsive and cross-browser
JavaScript
JQuery
React.js
Bootstrap
PHP (not strong in PHP, but basic knowledge is there)
SQL
MySQL
I went to IT with the goal of getting into GameDev, diligently studied Unity3d and C #, even made a couple of small games on my phone, but then I decided to try my hand at WEB, because there the entry threshold is lower and you can earn at least some money for yourself. I worked as a freelancer for a year and after 2 months I started earning 15-25K per month, combining it with school. At the university I met one game developer and decided to return to GameDev again. I consulted with him how I should be, how to develop further and he said that only in a team of experienced developers I can develop further. The problem is that with such knowledge, they don’t take on a part-time job or remotely, and in order to combine it with my studies, I need just that. Waiting for the end of the university is too long, but I can’t get into the team like that. What to do? How to develop further, what to study?

Knowing the syntax is nothing compared to what you need to know in order to create something that at least someone needs. Most of what you listed you know only as a name and scope, but did not use it in working projects. And this is no longer a skill, but only a small superficial knowledge.
I didn’t think why they didn’t take on a full slave. day? Because the benefit from you will be like a goat's milk. You will have to be taught specific things that you would have learned on your own in parallel with studying at a university or specialized school.
Go study, look for part-time jobs in parallel to gain experience, but not to the detriment of learning. General knowledge is also important. General literacy is valued.
After the first semester, from February you start looking for a summer internship. Naturally, not in game development, but where they will take it. Search through teachers, parents, acquaintances, announcements. After the first or second practice, you try to climb somewhere part-time. If you're lucky, to the same place where the practice took place. Often university ECs take students on a part-time basis. From the 4th year, you can try to negotiate with the dean's office and teachers about free attendance and switch to full-time. If successful, along with the diploma, you get middle status, interest in the labor market and the opportunity to choose an employer. After that, you can already search for game dev. In case of failure, you need to say to yourself "I tried badly" and try harder.
