How to determine which domain to buy for a project?

The project has been sitting in my soul for a long time, now I have the strength and desire to start.
But recently I came across articles where domains are squeezed out by trademark.
The question is how to check the current domain before buying?
Conditionally, what should be the trademark to refrain from buying?

Examples:
- my domain is "site.ru"
- there is a trademark on "site"
- with this trademark they can come to me regardless of the domain zone or does the trademark have to contain the domain zone?

I understand that a trademark can be registered even after buying a domain and take it away from me, but now we are not considering this case.

Don't squeeze.
In general - take any domain you want, and if someone comes with a trademark - go through the forest, or ask for money.
If your site does not mimic the brand of the victim, or was created long before the registration of the trademark, or something else that shows that you are not a cybersquatter, but a completely conscientious person, then the court will always take your side and no one can do anything with you will not override the domain.
