How to sell .com domains?

As you know, this cannot be done through auctions with domestic registrars.
"Negotiate directly and then transfer" is a good response to a client of a registrar who somehow pays for an annual renewal.
Maybe there are some auctions, for the subsequent "contract directly", with confirmation of ownership, for example, making NS-records or something like that?

Or good old sedo.com?
Or at the goudeddy auction (but membership is paid there) or, for example, namecheap.com has a showcase for selling / buying.
