Checking domains for blocking?

How can I find out the exact status of a domain in different zones?
Interested in checking for blocking as for local types Domain status: Blocked.
For Chinese registrars, whois does not show any information.
There was an attempt to use blacklists, but it was not possible to obtain accurate information about the status of the domain with them.
