Free second level domains?

There is a free .ml domain zone.
If I register a domain and start promoting the site, improving SEO performance, can the registrar just take it and take it away? Can it be defended in court somehow?
The registrar's website is written very vaguely (as I understand it in English)

It is not free, only tk, emnip is free.

Maybe. In practice, this does not happen with white projects.
> Will it be possible to somehow defend him in court?
Unlikely. It's not for nothing that everything is so vague in their offer - =)

Taking a shareware domain if you are going to invest time and effort into it is very risky. If you don’t feel like paying for a domain at all, then many hosters give it for free when paying for a domain for a year. Just make sure that the domain is registered to you. Then, if desired, the domain can be picked up and transferred to another hosting.

that is, you do not have $5-10 per year for a domain name? the .ml domain itself costs 9.95, and the free version goes for a maximum of 12 months. Renew for money. The free version also has restrictions on the information that you can set in whois. So decide for yourself.
The domain can be taken away from you only if you place something bad there, which violates their Free Domain Policy.
