Usually they are guided by two methods - good and bad, you can choose any:
Bad:
Use the Yandex budget forecast tool and, by typing in your key phrases, find out how much it will cost to move to each position in Yandex search. You can focus, for example, on the amount of traffic 62.
Good:
Calculate the cost of an order or sale you get now on the site. Calculate the approximate conversion rate from a transition to an order from other sources (if contextual advertising has not yet been used). Use the resulting numbers to calculate the number of clicks that one order gives. By comparing this amount with the acceptable cost of the order, you can get the price that you are willing to spend on these transitions and on each of them separately.
