Is it possible to get an order for a webmaster and a contextologist on the FL exchange?
Hello!) Is anyone looking for orders on the fl exchange? I've buckled up now. There are 1,000 potential clients and 100,000 potential performers. For each vacancy, from 25 to 150 responses. Do people who write an offer in each job post hope to get an order, given that most of them order for 3 kopecks. Who is this exchange for? In my opinion, exchanges only lower the financial bar, don't they?

Well, if for a second it seems to you that a person who has something to do goes to the freelance exchange, then this is not always the case. Seasoned wolves are sitting on the stock exchange, who are looking for how to make it even cheaper.
It's like going to the market where the grandmas are sitting, and hoping that the grandmas will help you to stand next to them. Nooooo. They will do everything to prevent you, God forbid, from standing next to them.
They go to freelancing with a muzzle-shovel and the conviction that no one in this world does better than you. Yes, it's a lie. But in the market who does not lie is a fool.
Morality? Don't be part of the market, look for those who have a problem, not those who are "told" or "should be done". And if you do go freelancing, wear armor that cannot be pierced by any pleas and be prepared that you have ended up in a quarter where any words will be said, if only you dropped the price, and even better - did it for free
By the way, a small example. Here is the MoyKrug website where vacancies with average salaries "in the whole village" are periodically posted and there are premium vacancies, which, well, you still need to pay, that is, you really need a specialist. And that's where the salaries are. According to these salaries, you can see that an excellent salary for an IT specialist is something like 2-2.5 thousand dollars. And the guys come to the interview, to whom I give the task, and they start to get out there - not such a task, there is no TK, there is no that, there is no this, a bad task, a bad Grisha ... And when they solve it with my help by some miracle , they suddenly rejoice and call a salary of 3,000 greens. Or four.
And I ask the guys questions in the smoking room - how much they get, well, in some places. And they say these numbers are not from the ceiling, that is, yes, they get three and four. And I'm the only one who turns out to be an idiot who works for half as much. That's all I'm for. Salary or fee does not characterize how you do. The reward is a measure of trust in you multiplied by the pain of the problem.
Nobody says that trust is earned with help - this is only one of the ways. You can make loud speeches about honesty and push God - it also rises a little. It also makes noise. Your blog, channel, a bunch of subscribers, a crowd of people - firstly, it forms your self-esteem, secondly - you come to an interview or, in the case of freelancing, to negotiations - and just show "look, they say, I'm cool" - immediately op, plus credit trust. Now you need to pull the balls and prove that the problem threatens him more than he thinks - op, a loan of pain. Multiplied, got the price. Well, that is, it is ridiculous to argue, but all this follows from the thieving nature of money. Money was supposed to make the lazy people work, but in fact they allowed the lazy NOT to work, and the hard workers will work for days without a break and they still won’t have money.
This largely proves why "technologies" are not moving anywhere. They are driven by those who should already be raising their salaries by inventing new packaging for existing work techniques. And those who come up with new concepts sit, damn it, at home and no one knows about them. Badly? No, just as long as there is money - it is impossible otherwise. (ps. for those who come up with ideas at home, they came up with a cool mousetrap - come to the interview with a ready-made idea (it sounds like this usually = "you have your project on github, reset it for evaluation", otherwise - do not waste our time. Thus, your idea is free someone else gets it, and then they may not take you, and, as they say, no one is to blame, you yourself came)
The average regional studio actually has the main income from these positions.
Throw a simple website and engage in promotion.
Are the people who write an offer in each job post hoping to get an order, given that most of them order for 3 kopecks
Since new orders appear, it means that someone receives and makes them)
In general, such exchanges should be considered as an additional source of customers.
