How to delete files with a long name in Windows?

Files with an unreasonably large size and an incomprehensible name appeared in Windows, which are not deleted (in the screenshot). Tell me, please, how can I delete them without formatting. Has anyone seen such a virus?

Although at first I thought that the Windows ZIP unpacker was to blame, it is not. The "Date Modified" column shows chaotic future dates. This means that the file system is badly damaged.
