How to solve the problem with freezing during the Windows boot process?

Previously, there was only one hard drive in the computer.
I decided to put 2 additional hard drives. After that, problems started with the launch of windows XP. Therefore, I removed 2 additional hard drives and returned everything as it was (that is, removed 2 additional hard drives)
But suddenly, even so, the computer stopped loading windows.
That is, when the Windows XP loading bar is on, those blue 3 bars freeze in place during the boot process.
Here is a screenshot of the windows loading stage, where the "freeze" (windows loading) occurs:

Here are screenshots of how it was before (that is, it was before connecting 2 additional hard drives and now I returned everything to it was the same):

You cannot enter safe mode. When you try to enter any version of this mode, a black horizontal bar appears on a black background, which blinks endlessly.
The BIOS cannot set hard drives to SATA mode. IDE only. Probably because the iron is old.
It is important that earlier (that is, before I connected 2 additional hard drives, even with an empty primary ide master, windows started normally.
Before (that is, before I connected 2 additional hard drives), even with an empty primary ide master "windows booted normally.
There are no jumpers on hard drives. Again, even jumpers used to start windows normally. All hard drives are designed for SATA.
Previously, a SATA drive worked fine, that is, Windows XP booted normally.
The motherboard has:
2 IDE connectors
and
4 SATA connectors Changing the
startup priority in the BIOS did not solve the problem
Switching to Enhanced and Compatible did not solve the problem.
Switching to AHCI mode did not solve the problem.
RAM has nothing to do with it. Tested different memory sticks.
There are suspicions that the drivers for Windows XP with SATA were deleted or damaged on the hard drive.
1) How can the problem be solved?
2) Is it possible to install/reinstall SATA drivers using Live CD (because windows won't boot even in safe mode)?

@CityCat4

You did not bring the most interesting - the BSOD screen. Or at least an error code from it.
You can reinstall the system by booting from the distribution disk - there is an item, in addition to a clean installation, also a system restore - just for such cases intended.
