How to cut off all interface animation on Mac OS X?

How to remove all this animation? The animation of expanding to a full window, which drags on for a second, especially. I came here from Linux in general, I don’t need fake whistles. I switched to a poppy because it works and that's it.

Try typing in terminal
After the reboot you will see the changes
Return accordingly
Or in "system settings" -> "Dock"
change to a simpler effect, from "Genie" to "Simple reduction" :)
There are also other animated little things that can be turned off.
