Recurring error: Mac was restarted due to a problem - how to prevent?

For more comfortable work, I bought a high-speed Sandisk Extreme Portable V2 500 GB SSD And

at first everything seemed to be fine, but then in the computer's sleep mode and sometimes when it was turned off, it began to reboot with an error like:

what is this? I understand correctly - he swears just the same on the USB port and most likely on a permanently connected SSD drive?

Maybe I need to somehow unmount my SSD and turn it on only when I need it?
The disk case gets hot - even when I'm not using it - what can it do with it?
