How to create blocks for Visual Composer?

I want to approach Themeforest, but without a visual editor, expecting my theme to be successful is stupid. But the problem is that I have never worked with them before. Now I have a site stretched on wordpress, which needs to be divided into blocks.
Prompt resources where they show an example of creating a block for VC. Their documentation is largely incomprehensible, more interested in "step by step" articles.

Is it difficult at all? What is the creation of a block? And do I understand the creation of a Wordpress theme correctly?
- creating blocks for the visual editor and through the framework creating theme options - is the theme created in this way?

How many topics I have not seen on the VI, which were created on the basis of Visual Composer ... they all work as follows - the most common theme is created on the VI (for example, on the bootstrap). After that, the developer installs the visual composer plugin and builds the site as needed through the visual editor. Adds demo pages - Homepage, About Us, Contact Us, etc. Next - you can integrate the theme with the plugin https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/one-click-demo-import/
And then you suggest the user to install the minimum set of plugins for the theme to work correctly. For example, a framework... redux framework etc. plugin Visual Composer Contact Form 7 Woocommerce Revolution Slider
Below is the library to create required plugins for theme
tgmpluginactivation.com
And of course the aforementioned plugin - One click demo import.
The user installs the theme, installs the necessary set of plugins, and then imports the demo data and that's it.
Well, do not forget to connect some framework for your theme. For example Redux. If necessary, you can also add Carbon Fields to it

0 draw the design
1 make it up
2 pull it onto the VI
3 make all the pages with content to demonstrate the design of the theme
4 install the visual composer
5 using a set of visualcomposer blocks remake all the same pages from step 3 with the visualcomposer itself.
he has a set of "primitives" with which you will implement everything that you draw in Photoshop and make up.
The theme will contain a conditional header and footer.
and the content will be thrown by the visual composer.
Your task is to make styles so that the conditional title and conditional caption of the image inserted on the page with the help of the visual composer look like it was drawn in Photoshop.
