Who advertises their work in ThemeForest?

Good afternoon.
I wanted to launch contextual advertising, but I found a lot of articles on the Internet that all sales revenue will go to the advertising budget, and that is at best. Now I'm thinking of creating a couple of accounts on different sites (webdesignserved.com and pinterest.com) to post my work, but something tells me that there are no clients there, but only developers and viewers. But how do others advertise themselves? In addition to ThemeForest, there are separate small shops and they somehow exist, and someone earns a lot, but how do they declare themselves?
I tried to find developer interviews, but I didn’t find any practical advice in them, but just create a beautiful account and smile. But in order for this beautiful account to be seen by the client, he needs to be invited.
I would like to hear the opinions of other people who sell their digital goods or have an opinion (a fresh look) on this matter, otherwise I have been breaking my head for a couple of weeks.
