WP template structure for themeforest?

Hi everybody. There is a good unique template, I want to try to place it on themeforest in the wp templates section.
I read about the severity of design selection, now I understand that the same story can be with the code.
In paid themes, there are a lot of options that are often implemented randomly. Please share your experience - are there any requirements for code design, structure?
