ThemeForest - is this a copyright infringement?

Hello, dear forum users.
There were two questions about exclusive authorship:
1) If I publish my work, as an exclusive author, on the site galior-market.ru, but the link to the purchase will be on themeforest, will this not be a violation?
2) I have an account under the name "Vasya" on the site "ThemeForest" and on the site "B". "Vasya" is an exclusive author, and has no right to sell his work on other sites, as Envato loses profit.
Can "Vasya" sell on site "B" a product that is not published on "ThemeForest"? Or does exclusive authorship mean that under the name "Vasya" I cannot even sell unpublished templates on the ThemeForest website on third-party sites?

1) From the point of view of themeforest, most likely not, it will not be a violation. This will be the use of other / personal platforms / sites for PR / advertising. They do not prohibit this, and this is almost the main way to attract a buyer from outside. The only doubt is that galior-market.ru has related activities, and this is the only joint.
From the point of view of galior-market.ru, yes, there will be gross violations.
2) The exclusivity of authorship on such resources implies the exclusivity of the works that he sells on the relevant site. But not all of your work! You can freely work on exclusivity with different platforms only on the condition that you will load completely different works on each.
