Is it possible to take a design concept and post it later on themeforest?

Take the concept, general visual style, create another menu, bottom footer, modify some elements or add new ones, create new independent pages, but the general perception of the site, some elements will be the same as the copy - will this be theft? Will this job be accepted?

Everything has been created for everyone. To create something new is to remake something that already exists.
