Can I resell a Wordpress theme purchased from ThemeForest?

Hello, I bought a wordpress theme for a news site, but a little later I discovered that if you publish news without a photo, then it doesn’t turn out very beautifully on the main page of the site. Unfortunately, due to "changed his mind" ThemeForest most likely will not return the money, they say so. Can it be resold somewhere? It is even possible with a themeforest account.

It is possible, but it is unlikely that you will wait five years until it is sold for that kind of money, if you can buy the source code for 300 rubles, or even get it for free. The most realistic way is to return the money through a refund . But it will be difficult, because I don’t see any good reasons for returning.

Actually, you can't. For it is fraught with copyrights - and there is no need to think about the GPL (yeah - code freedom ...). Transferring images, css, pdf is outside the GPL license area. So for these little things they will take you by the ass (a spherical horse in a vacuum, of course). Is it for you (think spherically...?) for 300 rubles per zone or internationally - do you need it?
