How to create an Android app with a Figma layout and no programming skills?

I am working on my project. Developed a complete and very detailed app layout in Figma. Styles, icons are all there. I also understand the logic of how everything will work, there are also diagrams in MS Visio. Even TK wrote! What are the tools for developing applications on Android/iOS, without the need to know programming (CSS and HTML only know)? There are a lot of these designers, but I did not find information where I could import my styles and layouts from Figma.
