How to correctly lay out such a block?

There is such a block in the site layout (screenshot below). In the layout I use Bootstrap for the dimensional grid and the question arose - how to lay out a block with such a background so that it all turns out to be relatively not crooked (the block will be different on mobile)?

This strip can be used as a background. And the text with pictures should be laid out in a line and the one in the middle should be omitted.
