Somehow I saw on youtube an animation of the surface of the water using svg filters, distortion, etc. It used a photo of the beach, not a picture . With the help of Photoshop, the proger cut out some elements of the photo, and then used it. Yuzal only css + html. It worked out well.
Well, damn it, I didn’t save it and now I can’t find it.
