There was a problem with solving the task of developing a system for adding banners to the site, which needs to be created from scratch.
I have never encountered such a task before, but I saw implementations on the Internet and in the source code, but it does not meet my needs. The system should be able to add a banner to the site and place it in the right place.
I would be very grateful for links to useful resources and source codes that will correspond to the solution of my problem...

You can try to make a Gif and paste it into any HTML email if you don't want to bother with the slider. you can make a series of banners in stripo.email. The option with a slider has a place to be only if it is adaptive, and what kind of swiper.js is not clear.
