How to save mail from a mailbox?
I change the mailbox, on the old one (google apps for domain) there is a huge amount of useful information (the letters themselves, attachments).
How to save, without sending all this mass, on a disk, for example?

Transferring mail between servers:
Almost all modern mail services support automatic collection of letters from other mailboxes, specify the old mail in the new service and it will take everything by itself.
I also once uploaded letters to gmail using Outlook - I connected gmail via imap and simply transferred letters from the old mail folder to the gmail folder.
I used imapsync, a very smart utility. There are a lot of parameters, and it is console, but it’s quite possible to figure it out.
Install Thunderbird, connect via IMAP and save. Or do not save, but simply contact as needed. You can add a second (new) box to the same Thunderbird. Don't worry about synchronization - IMAP will do everything for you.
