Where can I find the normal exoPlayer documentation?

You need to figure out how to play video via DASH in exoPlayer and how to use it in general, and all Google documentation is written through one place. Maybe there are some videos or extensive articles about it?
Ps It is not necessary to advise this documentation, because it will be too difficult and long to understand it
