Lessons or books on MODx?

Hello.
Any good books on CMS MODx or CMS based programming in general?
Now I have mastered HTML \ CSS \ JS a little, basic things in PHP: MySQL, session cookies ....
Separately, everything is clear, before that I made bikes myself ...
I understand that in practice you need knowledge of CMS, almost any site requires
this books where it is described how to program on CMS in general (not necessarily MODx) what are hooks, how to cut into templates and all that in general ???
