How to correctly assign rights to the BTSync folder?

I have BTSync installed on Ubuntu 14.04 Desktop. BTSync is installed under its own user (btsync:btsync). There is a Shared folder in the user's home directory.
What needs to be done so that both the user and BTSync can create and modify directories and files in Shared?
UPD.
What was done:
The user was added to the btsync group.
Changed the group of the Shared folder to btsync and gave it rwx permissions.
Result:
BTSync can create folders and files in Shared with its own user and group.
The user cannot do anything with them, since they have xr rights.
UPD2:
Solved with the help of the article .

@jtprogru

I dare to suggest that it is necessary for everyone to open full access using chmod 777 <address to the desired folder> - so it seems. Although I may be wrong =)
