How to enable WinAPI, GDI on Debian?

Hello!
Such a problem: they asked a lab the other day - to concoct a window with drawing graphs, lines and forms on WinAPI (GDI).
The problem itself is not a problem, but just to implement it, Windows is needed. And I only have Debian on my computer and I'm not going to change it to small software in the near future.
Leave, please, options for how you can write GDI under Linux.
Thanks to!
ps I've heard about wine, but I think it's even possible to run something bad, I'm not talking about developing...

Option one - put the OS under which you are developing and do not fence constructions from crutches.

In addition to the options mentioned, you can also rent a VPS, but this is paid, and requires a high Internet speed if you want to work comfortably with VNC.
I write in this way under OS X and iOS.
