Why won't dhcp server start?

Why doesn't the DHCP server want to work? It seems that everything is set up fine, but when it starts it says "Active: failed" please help. If that I have Ubuntu OS installed as the main OS.

Looks like the answer above is correct about "option routers 192.168.0.255;".
But it is not clear to me why to transfer the text by a picture.
And I don't see a copy of the error message - what it says on startup. Usually, a message with the number of the config line that caused the program's indignation falls on the screen and / or in the logs.
