How to copy data from barely alive hdd?
Hey!
I ran into such a problem: on my personal computer there is a 1trb hard drive, everything worked fine, I rolled toys, played DotA, everything worked, but one day the computer started to turn on for a very long time - 40 minutes.
The speed of copying files from disk to disk - 30kb/s and no matter how big the file is. I think it's time to replace the hard drive, but it's bad luck, I can't copy my personal data (photos, etc.) to a USB flash drive, 9GB copies at a speed of 30 \ 40kbps, it's unrealistic to wait. So, is there any way to make it faster? Maybe there are programs or special modes (I don’t know). Help, I will be grateful for help!
It's strange that games start normally, I can safely roll into DotA or CS, but when I start vscode or xampp it immediately starts to hang terribly, that I have to restart the computer.

I won’t tell you how lively the disk is, but there is a possibility that Windows is stupid.
Try to make a bootable flash drive with some kind of resuscitator, start from it and copy everything there. If copying is normal, then the problem is in Windows.
Option 2, if the disk dies - make an image of the disk (entirely) and copy the data from this image on another system
