How to convert mac mini to vmware virtual machine?

There is a macmini used for iOS development. everything slows down, I would like to convert it into a virtual machine and already work on a more powerful machine.

OS X in a virtual machine will slow down even more. It is better to buy additional RAM in a poppy and / or install an SSD.
