what is there to know?
bootcamp is a full-fledged Windows, like on a pussy.
rails - virtualization.
things in terms of performance and capabilities are not comparable at all.

Do not play games, but otherwise it works. I really switched to vmware. They have a simpler pricing policy. Although the parallels will be a little faster.
