How to use macbook as a monitor?
There is a laptop (W10) with a normal discrete graphics card but a bad screen, and a Macbook Pro Retina 13' 2013
I would like to somehow connect and display an image on a Mac via HDMI ports, I surfed a lot of resources on the Internet and did not find such a question or attempt anywhere do so. This is either too simple and I do not understand what needs to be done, or simply no one needs it.

Not directly. Although there is a scanty theoretical possibility of the technical implementation of this, it is unlikely that anyone has done or will do it. Too complicated for too little benefit.
I advise you to use software for screen sharing / streaming: Nvidia Experience / ShadowPlay or something easier.
