How to make an incremental backup via WebDAV?

Are there any ways to make a cron backup to Yandex.Disk via WebDAV, downloading only new files that appear, and not all together every time? You need to back up a disk from Time Machine from a poppy to Yandex.Disk.
Or what other ways are there to automatically backup a poppy to Yandex.Disk (why is it? Because it's paid) with file versions? I tried to make a time machine into an image (sparsebundle) and backup it, but I came to the conclusion that this is a very bad option, since the Yandex disk has already broken this image twice with its synchronization. Some band will change in it - it starts uploading it under its own name with "(2)" at the end, and that's it, the structure collapses.

@Ivash

Mount Yandex.Disk via WebDAV and make an incremental backup, for example, using rsync.
