SC DPM 2012 R2 agents not installing?

Cannot remotely install Data Protection Manager 2012 agents on workstations and servers. When installing in the Data Protection Manager snap-in, I get an error:
Failed to install the protection agent on SRV-DC1.domen.local:
Error 324: The agent operation failed because the DPM Agent Coordinator service on the SRV-DC1.domen.local server is not responding.
Description: Internal error code: 0x8099090E
And the following is written in the events on the machine being installed:
The DPM agent failed to communicate with the DPM service on the server SRV-SC-DPM.domen.local because access is denied. Verify that the SRV-SC-DPM.domen.local server has permissions to run DCOM and access to the computer running the DPM agent (Error code: 0x97e5f0, Full name: SRV-SC-DPM.domen.local).
What permissions need to be given?

permissions are needed for the srv-sc-dpm server yf remote launch and remote activation of the DPM agent dcom component on target machines.
if not changed then the component should be called DPM RA
